Christian X. M. McGhee
PARTNER
Christian X. M. McGhee, 26, is an American film composer, multi-instrumentalist, hailing from St. Louis, Missouri, now residing in New York City.
Christians credits include scoring Delta & Wieden+Kennedy’s commercial entitled “Home” ft. Viola Davis as the voice over artist. It was selected for the 2024 Tribeca X festival. His other credits include scoring projects for = PBS, Adobe, projects featuring Alicia Silverstone, Alice Kremelberg, & Performing with Cynthia Erivo, Alvin Ailey Dance Company, Victory Boyd, Infinity Song, Keyon Harrold, 2017 Grammy Band, Joshua Redman & Ray Chew.
Previously Christian was a composer intern at Butter Music & Sound who’s credits include: Disney+, Reddit, Apple, State Farm, Dorito’s, Google, Coca Cola, Meta, etc.
Christian is the winner of BMI’s 2023 Future Jazz Master Award and Ahrold Family Commission. The commission premiered to two sold out audiences at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Dizzy’s Club. It was performed by Christians 20 piece Xtet Orchestra.
Christian is also a member of the Composers Diversity Collective, led by Michael Abels. -
Sam Towse
PARTNER
26-year-old jazz pianist Sam Towse has an impressive list of accomplishments. Beginning his musical studies at age 2, Sam has continued mastering his craft under some of New York City's finest teachers and has been rostered on some of the most exclusive festivals in the jazz community.
Sam has had the privilege to share the stage with some of New York City’s finest musicians, including Marc Cary, Miguel Zenon, Marquis Hill, John Ellis, Ingrid Jensen, and Jonathan Finlayson to name a few.
As a Composer, Sam has written for both big band and combo and has had several pieces commissioned for performance at the Eastern U.S. Music Camp that he attended. His compositions range all styles, but he most often utilizes a sense of harmonic modality. He is influenced by much of the work of Wayne Shorter and Herbie Hancock; especially their work of the late 1970s. Sam’s trio and combo also regularly play his own compositions live, some of which have been recorded and are viewable on his website. Sam also received the 2017 ASCAP/Fran Morgenstern Davis Scholarship in Jazz Composition. -
Matt Wong
COMPOSER
Matt Wong is an award-winning pianist, composer, and arranger. His impressive list of awards includes: ASCAP awards (5); Downbeat Music Awards (10); Monterey Jazz Festival Awards (2); a Jazz at Lincoln Center Award, and many more.
Wong works with small ensembles, big bands, and full orchestras. His arrangements and compositions have been performed by artists and groups including the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, Boston Symphony Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony (SoundBox), Oakland Symphony, Grace Kelly, Santa Cruz Symphony, Gateways Festival Orchestra, Realistic Orchestra, Louis Cole, and the Late Show Band (Stephen Colbert).
Wong’s more recent work has been with Academy, Golden Globe and Grammy Award-winning artist Jon Batiste as a keyboardist, arranger and orchestrator. He orchestrated and helped produce Jon’s American Symphony premiere at Carnegie Hall. Continuing his collaboration with Jon Batiste, he orchestrated & produce the NBA’s Commercial entitled “That’s Game” ft. Idris Elba for the voice over. -
Shaan Ramaprasad

Shaan Ramaprasad is a producer and string player based in New York & East Tennessee. He has worked on records for 21 Savage, A.R. Rahman, Teddy Swims, Cher, Mac Ayres, the Jonas Brothers, Luke Chiang, Elyanna, Chance the Rapper, Jamila Woods, Rapsody, KYLE (SuperDuperKyle), Xavier Omar, Jordan Ward, Reuben James, Madison Ryann Ward, Gareth Donkin, Kwaku Asante, Victor Franco, Grace Weber, Tia Ray, Lindsey Lomis, Sneha Prakash, among many others.
Shaan previously worked at Park Avenue Artists. Highlights include producing a collaboration between Joshua Bell and COVID-19 frontline workers, in partnership with Carnegie Hall; as well as project managing Time for Three's GRAMMY-winning album, Letters for the Future.
Today, Shaan and his work have been featured by Good Morning America, NPR's Morning Edition, COLORS, US News & World Report, and the Associated Press.

Shaleah Feinstein
CONTRACTOR
Shaleah Feinstein is a New York based violinist who currently serves as a substitute violinist with The Metropolitan Opera and was contracted with the San Francisco Opera during the summer of 2023. Since getting her Master’s degree at The Juilliard School, she has been acting as Jon Batiste’s violinist/contractor, performing as principal second violin of the Brooklyn Chamber Orchestra, and playing with a range of orchestras across the city. Her recording credits span film and album projects, and she has performed alongside artists such as Ed Sheeran, Halsey, and Montell Fish. While attending her undergraduate studies at the Cleveland Institute of Music, she was a contracted first violinist with the Canton and Akron Symphonies, and Principal Second Violin of the Cleveland Opera.
